* In the notes to seller section at checkout, include your preferred text for each personalization option. Most customers omit text on the inner top and bottom lines, but these areas can be personalized.

* Photos have been re-touched to remove an officer's name. Typical orders include personalization on the top and bottom line.

  • Be sure the name and email on the form are the same used at check-out.  
  • Want to use your company's logo, department badge, or other custom artwork?  Describe your preferred design or upload a file with your artwork.  High resolution black and white art works best, but we'll review any attached art.

  • After submitting the form, add the item to cart and proceed to check out.
