Shop Policies

We want you to be over-the-moon happy about your purchase.  If you need clarification about product descriptions, have a unique request, and just have a general question about us, our products, or our services, please email us.  We're friendly and happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of our custom and personalized products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions about a product description.

Production & Shipping Times
Production generally takes 7-10 business days after proof approval, unless specifically stated otherwise.  Ship times range from 1-4 additional business days.

If you require your product by a certain date, please specify at checkout.  

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • At the time of shipping, customers are emailed a shipping notification and tracking number.  
  • Customers must report damaged or incorrect orders within 48 hours of receipt.  Email us at ArcherCustomDesigns@gmail.com with a photo of the damage/error, along with your order number.
  • Orders that are incorrect because of our error will be replaced.  Orders that are incorrect because of customer error (typos not corrected on approved drafts, purchase of wrong item, etc) will be replaced at retail price.
  • If your package does not arrive within a week of shipment, please contact us via email with your order and tracking number.  We will attempt to resolve the delay.
  • Posted ship times are estimates.  Once parcels are in USPS, UPS, or Fedex custody, we have no control over delivery times or schedules.
